Out of season we will accept bookings of any length with changeovers on any day, subject to a minimum of 4 days, at a rate of £75 per day.

There is no VAT payable on either location.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental is required to confirm bookings. The balance is due not less than 14 days before arrival.
We recommend that you take out holiday insurance, in particular to cover cancellation or extra costs incurred by travel delays. A proposal form will be included with your booking confirmation. |
