Out of season we will accept bookings of any length with changeovers on any day, subject to a minimum of 4 days, at a rate of £75 per day.

There is no VAT payable on either location.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental is required to confirm all bookings. For self catering at Buzza Ledge the balance is due not less than 14 days before arrival.
For B&B at Rose Cottage the balance is not due until the end of your holiday. Please note that payment must be by cheque or cash as we cannot take credit cards.
We recommend that you take out holiday insurance, in particular to cover cancellation or extra costs incurred by travel delays. |
